Used parts carry inherent risk — wear, age, deterioration, and the possibility of failure. that isn't always detectable during inspection. This risk is the trade-off for the deep discount of used vs. new. Along with this risk comes the cost of getting the part to you: shipping and freight are a separate service requested by the purchaser and are not covered under any of our warranties or return policy.
If a part fails within 90 days of purchase, we'll replace it or refund the cost of the part. Shipping and freight costs — both outbound and return — will not be refunded, under any circumstances.
