All parts sold by Dixie Auto Salvage are used, pulled from salvage vehicles. Used parts carry inherent risk — wear, age, deterioration, and the possibility of failure that isn't always detectable during inspection. This risk is the trade-off for the deep discount of used vs. new. Along with this assumed risk is the cost of getting the part to you — it is important to understand that the cost of shipping is not covered under any of our warranties or return policy.
If a part fails within 90 days of purchase, we'll replace it or refund the cost of the part. Shipping and freight costs — both outbound and return — will not be refunded, under any circumstances. Shipping costs (risk) remain the customer's responsibility. This is a firm part of our terms and applies to every order, and by purchasing, you're accepting these terms.
