How text messaging with Dixie Auto Salvage works, and how to sign up or opt out.

The Program

Dixie Auto Salvage uses text messaging to communicate directly with customers about their orders, parts requests, and salvage vehicle inquiries. This is a two-way conversation — you can text us back, and we may send or ask for photos as part of helping with your request. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

What You Can Send & Receive

• Updates on an active order you've placed with us
• Communication about auto parts you've requested or asked about
• Communication about salvage vehicles you're interested in
• Photos and images — sent to you or requested from you (e.g. part condition, vehicle photos)
• Follow-up if there's an issue with an order

Frequency, Rates & Opt-Out

Message frequency varies based on your orders and inquiries with us. Message and data rates may apply, including for photos/images sent or received (MMS). Consent to receive texts is not required to complete a purchase.

Your Data

Your phone number is used only to communicate with you about your orders, parts requests, and vehicle inquiries with Dixie Auto Salvage, including any photos exchanged as part of that communication. We do not sell or share your number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Carrier fees for delivery may apply and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
