Shipping policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping — $8.00, or free on orders of $70.00 and up. Delivery in 3–5 business days.
  • Express Shipping — $15.00. Delivery in 1–2 business days.


Order Processing

Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. Orders ship the next business day after payment is received. Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has shipped, not from the time the order is placed.


Where We Ship

We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, or internationally.


Local Pickup

Pickup at our facility is available. Please email us at sales@dixieautosalvage.com prior to your purchase to arrange it.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other events outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong part, contact us right away at sales@dixieautosalvage.com so we can make it right.
