Refund policy

Every part we sell comes with a standard 30-day, no-hassle money-back guarantee. If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we'll arrange to have the item returned.

Once we receive the item in its original condition, we'll refund your full purchase price, less any shipping costs.

To start a return, email us at sales@dixieautosalvage.com so we can approve it first. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.


Damaged or wrong parts
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if a part is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.


Payment & Shipping
Payment is due within 48 hours of purchase. We ship to US addresses within the 48 contiguous states — no Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO, or PO Boxes, and no international shipping. Items ship the next business day.

Pick-up at our facility is available — please email us prior to your purchase to arrange it.

Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method, less any shipping costs. Please allow some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
