A reminder of our shipping policy

All parts sold by Dixie Auto Salvage are used, pulled from salvage vehicles. Used parts carry inherent risk — wear, age, deterioration and the possibility of failure that isn't always detectable during inspection. This risk is the trade-off for the deep discount of used vs. new. Along with this assumed risk is the cost of getting the part to you — it is important to understand that the cost to do that is not covered under any of our warranties.

If a part fails within 30 days of purchase, we'll replace it or refund the cost of the part. Shipping and freight costs — both outbound and return — are not covered under warranty, and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Those costs remain the customer's responsibility and are understood as part of the risk of purchasing used parts. This is a firm part of our terms and applies to every order, and by purchasing, you're accepting these terms.
